Senior AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance, develop, integrate, and manage AI tools for multiple departments within Harvey.

• Expand and oversee AI workflows throughout the organization.

• Take responsibility for the technical governance of internal AI solutions.

• Manage the MCP and connector roadmap for enterprise applications.

• Convert emerging AI capabilities into Harvey's internal strategic roadmap.

• Conduct security and privacy assessments for AI vendors.

• Create integration prototypes and reference architecture designs.

• Act as the preferred technical partner for G&A teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software or integration engineering.

• Practical experience with API integration patterns, OAuth, identity management, and webhook architectures.

• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and AI tools.

• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong foundation in DevOps and operational principles.

• Proven experience in implementing data governance and security best practices.

• Comfort in evaluating third-party vendors.
