This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.
β’ Enablement and coaching β collaborate directly with engineers through one-on-one sessions, pair programming, workshops, office hours, and cohort activities to enhance their efficiency with AI-assisted development: prompting, workflow design, and model/tool selection. Recognize areas of under-adoption and uplift teams to meet established standards.
β’ Best-practice dissemination β document successful strategies (and those that do not succeed) within one team and systematically transfer this knowledge: living best-practice guides, prompt libraries, troubleshooting playbooks, and an internal AI knowledge base and skills registry.
β’ Scaling through champions β establish and support a network of embedded AI champions to ensure that enablement extends beyond a single individual.
β’ Unblocking and feedback loop β serve as the primary resource when engineers encounter challenges with AI tools. Proactively engage with teams to identify blockers early, categorize them into patterns, and escalate widespread issues to leadership.
β’ Internal integrations and tooling β develop internal AI integrations and reusable tools hands-on (Node.js/TypeScript, MCP) β managing the journey from prototype to production independently, including authentication, access control, security review, and CI/CD.
β’ Evaluation and scouting β conduct structured assessments of AI tools, models, and internal integrations; keep pace with the rapidly evolving landscape (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot/Codex, new model releases) and provide curated, actionable insights.
β’ Measurement and impact β establish and monitor adoption and productivity metrics by team, tool, and individual. Create dashboards reflecting actual usage and output β adoption/active-usage rate, assistant acceptance rate, PR throughput, and cycle time β ensuring quality standards (change failure rate) are maintained to prevent speed from compromising quality. Reference frameworks: DX Core 4, DORA.
β’ Cross-functional collaboration β work alongside security/compliance to implement safe-by-design guidelines, and partner with GTM to translate field requirements into internal enablement while feeding back adoption trends.
β’ Senior, hands-on engineer with a robust full-stack background β 7+ years of experience in a product-driven setting.
β’ Expertise in Node.js/TypeScript for creating services and integrations, along with practical knowledge of relational and document databases.
β’ Profound, hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) β understanding their internal workings, not just their usage β along with familiarity with the complete AI-assisted development workflow.
β’ Proven ability to independently transition internal integrations from prototype to production β covering design, authentication/authorization, deployment, security review, and CI/CD.
β’ Experience in building integrations with third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols (e.g., MCP).
β’ Practical understanding of GenAI foundational elements: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, agentic flows, and AI/tooling security.
β’ Excellent teaching, facilitation, and technical writing skills β capable of conveying complex subjects to engineers at various levels and producing guides, workshops, and tutorials.
β’ Strong cross-functional operating skills β adept at influencing without direct authority and coordinating with IT, DevOps, security, and GTM teams.
β’ Ability to independently structure ambiguous, open-ended challenges and drive them to resolution, synthesizing multiple inputs (one-on-ones, feedback, surveys) into prioritized actions.
β’ Proficiency in English at a C1 level sufficient for both written and verbal technical communication with external and internal stakeholders.
β’ Private medical insurance for the employee and their family
β’ 24 paid vacation days annually
β’ 18 paid public holidays each year
β’ English language learning courses
β’ Relevant professional development opportunities
β’ Access to a gym or swimming pool
β’ Home Office Setup Assistance: the company provides support for purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace
β’ Co-working space availability
β’ Option for remote work
