Senior AI Developer, Microsoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of extensive AI-driven software solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit and Azure technologies.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and provide effective AI and automation solutions.

• Create, test, and roll out product features while ensuring they meet client expectations and quality benchmarks.

• Facilitate agile product delivery by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and employing Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Leverage Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Graph connectors, API plugins, and Azure AI Search to produce robust solutions.

• Direct the integration of APIs and microservices architectures for applications that are scalable and secure.

• Establish best practices in source code management, CI/CD, and DevOps using tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.

• Partner with UX teams to integrate user feedback and enhance end-user experiences.

• Diagnose complex issues and provide support throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Microsoft .Net Development Certification and Azure Services certifications are advantageous.

• Practical experience in agile teams delivering large-scale software solutions.

• Proficiency in service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures.

• Expertise in Azure AI tools, including OpenAI, Foundry, Functions, Logic Apps, and Teams Toolkit.

• Familiarity with Python, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse) and API-based integration development.

• Capability to tackle complex problems with creativity and analytical thinking.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions.

• A team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.

• Proficient English communication skills (conversational B2+).
