Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Construct and implement Generative AI solutions for client projects, ensuring value is delivered from the outset of the engagement.

• Develop and refine RAG pipelines, AI agents, intelligent automations, and integrations with LLMs in live production settings.

• Design and execute AI-assisted engineering solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of the software development lifecycle.

• Assist in technical discovery, establish architecture definitions, and facilitate technical decision-making across various projects.

• Empower and mentor client engineering teams to accelerate the adoption of AI solutions and modern engineering methodologies.

• Collaborate with engagement managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.

• Assess technical contexts, constraints, and existing architectures at the commencement of engagements.

• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and validate technical strategies prior to scaling implementations.

• Contribute to software architecture, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and cloud-native environments.

• Generate and maintain clear technical documentation and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software engineering and contemporary distributed systems.

• Practical experience with Generative AI solutions in production settings.

• Proficiency in building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering solutions.

• Experience with integrating and utilizing LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or comparable services.

• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools.

• Experience in building or integrating AI agents and AI-assisted development workflows.

• Knowledge of backend development with languages like Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar.

• Understanding of APIs, REST services, contracts, and version control.

• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI services like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, and automation.

• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

• Capability to manage multiple client engagements and contexts simultaneously.

• Advanced English communication proficiency.
