Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI/ML models to automate complex testing scenarios, including synthetic data generation, automated test case creation, and intelligent defect analysis.

• Integrate AI automation tools within the pipelines.

• Monitor the performance of AI models in production, ensuring they maintain accuracy and scale to different programs.

• Utilize AI to validate code as it is written, rather than waiting for a complete compilation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Python (the industry standard for AI/Automation).

• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PyTest, Selenium, or Appium, and version control using GitHub/GitLab.

• Ability to manage large datasets, perform data cleaning, and implement ETL processes to train AI models.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, or GitHub Actions).

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software automation or AI development, with a proven track record of improving process efficiency.
