• Take ownership of impactful implementation programs by leading executive-level design workshops and converting customer business strategies into effective, high-value AI solutions.
• Support and guide clients throughout their AI journey by managing their expectations, project timelines, documentation deliverables, and team resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Steer customer program teams through multi-phase implementations, which include in-depth business discovery, technical setup, and advanced user training to maximize adoption and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to establish value-based adoption goals and ROI narratives that prepare customers for a successful and impactful launch.
• Work alongside Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance delivery frameworks, improve product feedback loops, and assist customers in operationalizing AI throughout their organization.
• Suggest implementation standards and shape best practices to assist the AI Solutions & Delivery organization in scaling customer onboarding and efficiently reducing risks.
• Communicate project status proactively and identify risks, escalating issues effectively to ensure quick resolutions across multiple concurrent customer projects.
• Over 5 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale SaaS or AI implementations, specifically overseeing multi-team programs and deployments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional ability to drive alignment between cross-functional technical and business teams while managing several high-priority projects at once.
• Proven experience in conducting discovery sessions, leading solution design workshops, and engaging with customers at the executive level.
• In-depth knowledge of contact center operations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ROI narratives (e.g., speech analytics, quality management, or AI-driven customer experience platforms).
• Demonstrated capacity to manage senior-level stakeholders, establish clear expectations, and navigate uncertainty with professionalism and confidence.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset coupled with strong organizational skills, ideal for fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
