This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Overseeing and evaluating competitors' creative strategies within the global HR-tech and AI product sectors.
• Conducting research on target demographics, candidate and employer requirements, challenges, and insights.
• Assessing performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and pinpointing opportunities for growth.
• Developing tasks for static creatives and crafting scripts for video/UGC and static advertisements.
• Formulating test hypotheses and executing experiments across various advertising platforms.
• Overseeing creative projects from inception to completion: preparing briefs, ensuring quality control, and adhering to deadlines.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of creatives and advertising campaigns.
• Providing insights on enhancing visuals, messaging, and creative strategies.
• Proposing hypotheses and methodically testing innovative approaches.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Creative/Marketing Producer in an IT product company, digital agency, or performance marketing setting (especially with Facebook ads video in vertical format).
• Capability to analyze key performance indicators and suggest improvement hypotheses.
• Strong research capabilities relating to audiences, competitors, and products.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and principles of performance marketing.
• Proficiency in static and video production from concept development through to final approval.
• A portfolio that demonstrates successful creative work.
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Russian).
• Exceptional communication abilities and the skill to articulate ideas clearly within the team.
