Senior AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead customer-oriented AI and intelligent automation projects, encompassing discovery, scoping, solution design, and deployment of Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate flows, and AI Builder solutions for Microsoft Business Central clients, including F&SCM and CE adjacencies.

• Design and develop in-product agents utilizing Microsoft’s Copilot Studio agent toolkit, which involves connecting Microsoft Copilot and Claude to Business Central data and workflows.

• Create intelligent automation across various business processes through Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, AI Builder for document and form intelligence, and Dataverse-backed solutions that minimize manual tasks and expedite delivery.

• Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams with AI-related customer inquiries, including demos, discovery workshops, scoping calls, and SOW contributions.

• Implement Western Computer’s AI go-to-market strategy by aiding in the productization, packaging, and launch of AI and automation service offerings outlined in our 2026 roadmap.

• Operate Western Computer as Customer Zero by developing internal agents and automations that enhance our own delivery, support, and operations. This internal initiative serves as the reference architecture for customer engagements.

• Advocate for the adoption of AI and automation within the BC, F&SCM, and CE practices through enablement, training, and reusable templates.

• Keep abreast of Microsoft’s Agentic AI roadmap (certifications, product releases, and partner activities) and translate that into actionable insights for Western Computer’s future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including functional implementation expertise and the ability to read and modify AL extensions.

• Proven experience in delivering tangible work in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI Builder, such as copilots, agents, cloud and desktop flows, or AI Builder document and form models that are actively used by real users. We will request examples.

• Proficiency in Power Platform across Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.

• Strong consulting experience in customer-facing roles, including discovery, workshops, demos, and SOW contributions. You should be able to confidently present solutions to customers.

• Self-motivated delivery skills. You can take a vague challenge and transform it into a defined, delivered agent or automation without needing micromanagement.

• Based in the US and authorized to work in the US.
