Senior AI / Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the project focused on the development and maintenance of scalable Web applications, encompassing both back-end and front-end layers;

• Write clean, sustainable code and contribute to architectural decisions for both new and existing applications;

• Implement MCPs, APIs, SDKs, and services to support large-scale system integrations;

• Create, design, and implement automation systems to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency across platforms;

• Develop features, models, or AI-based integrations to expand product capabilities and improve automation outcomes;

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in automation systems, ensuring reliable and stable operations;

• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and internal teams to align automation strategies within a predefined SDK;

• Ensure smooth integration between systems, automation layers, and partner tools;

• Contribute to defining feature roadmaps, application architecture, and scalability planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields;

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer;

• Proficiency in front-end and back-end frameworks and technologies, such as Python, Java, and similar technologies;

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including model integration, AI APIs, LLM tools, and machine learning pipelines;

• Strong knowledge of automation systems, workflow orchestration, and system integration;

• Experience in developing or utilizing SDK-based integrations;

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure;

• Ability to debug complex systems and deliver resilient, scalable solutions;

• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments;

• Advanced/Fluent English conversation skills.
