Senior AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive AI/ML solutions tailored to intricate business problems.

• Lead client interactions from the first contact through to project scoping and proposal creation.

• Oversee the technical design and execution of production-quality models and pipelines.

• Manage the deployment, optimization, and monitoring of models and infrastructure (MLOps).

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure technical excellence and successful project outcomes.

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.

• Drive sales strategies and meet revenue objectives.

• Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.

• Demonstrated success in initiating and completing complex technology projects.

• Experience with Azure or other cloud-based solutions.

• Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and their applications in business.

• Proven ability to develop full-stack software products with integrated ML/AI components.

• Solid background in NLP and Computer Vision.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of SQL.

• Practical experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).

• A continuous desire to learn and the ability to adapt quickly.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• **Bonus skills:**

• Familiarity with Big Data tools and cloud platforms (especially Azure).

• Experience in RESTful API development and DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD).

• Knowledge of recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, and ranking models.

• Experience with cognitive services and Agentic AI.

• Understanding of TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, and unit testing.

• Strong skills in object-oriented programming.
