Senior AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop multi-step reasoning frameworks and link them to business systems.

• Strengthen AI agents for scalability, safety, and ease of maintenance.

• Assist enterprise clients in launching conversational agents that address issues, take actions, and adhere to regulations.

• Oversee the design and delivery of agents.

• Integrate various tools and data sources.

• Execute LLM orchestration and planning.

• Continuously enhance agent performance.

• Manage the complete agent development lifecycle, from initial scoping to monitoring and iterative adjustments.

• Create production-quality, tool-enhanced AI agents.

• Engage in multi-model orchestration, agentic reasoning loops, and enterprise-level AI systems.

• Collaborate with engineering teams.

• Shape technical decisions and contribute to best practices in AI engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficient in English at B2 Advanced or C1 level.

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience in production settings.

• Familiarity with TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python.

• Solid habits in API design, testing, and debugging.

• Practical experience with LLMs, including GPT, Claude, Gemini, or fine-tuned open-source models.

• Skills in prompt engineering, function/tool invocation, model selection, and evaluation.

• Experience in designing RAG embedding pipelines and semantic search utilizing Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar tools.

• Expertise in agent orchestration with LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, or comparable frameworks.

• Understanding of ML/DevOps principles, including containerization, CI/CD, GPU/AI infrastructure, caching, and automated evaluations for non-deterministic systems.

• Experience in implementing security measures and PII protection in user-facing AI products.
