Senior AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute enterprise-level AI automations and agentic workflows using Claude Enterprise

• Develop and oversee Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites

• Contribute to Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and the coordination of multiple agents

• Establish enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines

• Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain extensive technical documentation

• Collaborate with technology leadership to deliver AI solutions that are production-ready

• Design, implement, and improve workflows and AI agent systems driven by Claude

• Develop and manage Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites

• Contribute to Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and the coordination of multiple agents

• Establish enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines

• Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain extensive technical documentation

• Collaborate with technology leadership to deliver AI solutions that are production-ready

• 🔹 Required Skills:**✔ Proven hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise**✔ Proficiency in Agent Skills, SKILL.md, and Managed Agents**✔ Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation**✔ Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript**✔ Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SSE/streaming data patterns**✔ Understanding of SCIM, RBAC, governance, and enterprise administration**✔ Experience working with Anthropic platform APIs and enterprise AI tools

• ⭐ Preferred/Bonus Skills:**• Experience in enabling enterprise users and troubleshooting**• Background in finance, investment, or private equity workflows**• Ability to develop reusable AI automation frameworks**• Deep understanding of evaluation-driven AI workflow development
