Senior Agile Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to spearhead intricate business analysis projects.

• Facilitate Agile delivery by mentoring teams on Scrum principles and addressing any obstacles that arise.

• Assist in backlog refinement and advocate for continuous improvement to ensure efficient value delivery.

• Foster stakeholder alignment by managing a prioritized backlog and leading workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in business analysis within agile environments.

• Certifications in business analysis and/or Scrum Master (Preferred).

• Capacity to evaluate complex business processes and convert them into user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

• Expertise in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation to support agile development and align with stakeholders.

• Proficient in conducting requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven history of collaborating across business, technical, and leadership teams.

• Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst) that highlight ongoing professional growth and platform knowledge.
