This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead and manage several parallel development teams across various client projects.
• Take ownership of sprint execution, delivery timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
• Serve as the main delivery point of contact between clients, engineering teams, and internal leadership.
• Ensure that commitments are realistic, transparent, and consistently fulfilled.
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning.
• Conduct daily standups.
• Oversee reviews and retrospectives.
• Promote strong Agile practices and execution discipline.
• Manage backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Handle estimation and capacity planning.
• Oversee roadmapping and release planning.
• Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Mentor teams in effective Agile adoption, emphasizing outcomes over rituals.
• Maintain deep hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence, including workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting.
• Define, monitor, and operationalize delivery metrics such as velocity and predictability.
• Manage sprint burndown/burnup, cycle time, lead time, throughput, and delivery confidence.
• Utilize metrics proactively to identify delivery risks early.
• Initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Provide clear, concise reporting to stakeholders at a glance.
• Design and implement automation-first delivery operations.
• Build and operationalize tools across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI-CD workflows, Slack, and internal communication channels.
• Leverage AI and LLM-based tools (GPT, agents, copilots) to automate sprint creation and management, status and delivery reporting, and KPI tracking and alerts.
• Rapidly learn and implement new tools to eliminate friction, reduce manual work, and enhance execution speed.
• Conduct efficient, outcome-focused meetings with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Create concise, high-impact communication materials for executives and clients.
• Proactively document and communicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs and risks, and delivery status and dependencies.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering leaders, able to troubleshoot process and execution issues without micromanaging or getting mired in technical details.
• Exemplify a growth mindset, a culture of continuous improvement, and high ownership.
• Over 10 years of experience as a Senior PM, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong background in software development services and consulting organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent clients and delivery teams effectively.
• Expert-level understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira, including workflows, dashboards, and automations.
• Strong comprehension of Agile versus waterfall trade-offs.
• Proficient in estimation and capacity planning.
• Expertise in portfolio and dependency management.
• Skilled in risk detection and mitigation.
• Excellent communication abilities with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-context-switch environments.
