This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for technology initiatives that align with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery by effectively planning, managing risks, and proactively resolving issues.
• Utilize delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, WIP, and work item age to assess and report on delivery health.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to exchange best practices and address systemic challenges.
• Work alongside senior stakeholders to refine the operating model, governance, and delivery maturity.
• Influence alignment across programs and initiatives.
• Advocate for practical Agile practices customized to meet team and organizational needs.
• Mentor teams and Product Owners on prioritization, backlog management, and delivering value-driven results.
• Lead stakeholder engagement by translating delivery risks and progress into actionable insights.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performing culture through coaching, recruitment, and ongoing improvement.
• Manage workloads, deadlines, emerging challenges, and changing business priorities.
• Collaborate with senior delivery leaders and the Head of Technology Delivery to shape the organization’s delivery model.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs within Agile environments.
• Extensive and pragmatic experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach.
• A data-driven methodology for tracking performance and enhancing delivery through metrics.
• Capability to identify blind spots, challenge assumptions, and foster informed decision-making.
• Ability to balance governance and control while maintaining agility and momentum.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience in intricate delivery ecosystems, including multi-squad environments and collaboration with third parties.
• A servant-leadership style that cultivates trust, engagement, and team cohesion.
• Highly collaborative, proficient in using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in managing third-party suppliers and external delivery partners.
• Advanced knowledge of delivery tools and reporting platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and modern dashboards.
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments or within large, complex organizations.
• Familiarity with evolving governance models that support Agile at scale.
• Experience in healthcare settings or healthcare-related technology programs is preferred.
• Applicants must be residents of the UK.
• Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
