Senior Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Promote the implementation of Agile methodologies and practices throughout teams and departments

• Provide coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams

• Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, workshops, and significant events

• Recognize and eliminate obstacles to Agile delivery

• Conduct training sessions to enhance Agile proficiency across the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Agile settings

• Demonstrated expertise with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks

• Experience in coaching well-established Agile teams

• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Familiarity with Agile metrics
