
Senior Advisor β Product Strategy, Signature Model Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
β’ Collaborate with all product teams to facilitate the comprehensive transformation of the product portfolio following the Signature model.
β’ Enhance clarity and alignment regarding the evolution of products in terms of pricing, value proposition, clinical requirements, and member experience.
β’ Recognize dependencies across workstreams to guarantee coordinated execution.
β’ Conduct a structured assessment of the existing product portfolio utilizing standardized frameworks to identify solutions for investment and scaling, optimization or repositioning, or capabilities evaluation.
β’ Convert evaluation results and product decisions into actionable transformation roadmaps and priorities.
β’ Assist in the creation of a detailed product catalog and standardized product definitions throughout the enterprise.
β’ Clarify how products integrate into Core Signature offerings, whether as bundled solutions, standalone, or integrated capabilities.
β’ Aid in the design and implementation of new product packaging strategies, including bundling products into client-ready solutions based on condition, outcome, or need state, while aligning with evolving market expectations regarding affordability, outcomes, and experience.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging is commercially viable and distinct.
β’ Foster alignment across Signature workstreams and timelines, ensuring that dependencies and risks are identified and managed proactively.
β’ Provide support to leadership forums (e.g., product workgroups, transformation sessions) by offering synthesis, insights, and decision frameworks.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
β’ Over 8 years of pertinent work experience.
β’ Proven ability to lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives within large organizations.
β’ Strong analytical and strategic thinking competencies, with experience in developing evaluation frameworks and decision models.
β’ Background in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or similar industries.
β’ Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, managing multiple opportunities with varying priorities and timelines.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively even in undefined situations.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of ESI business capabilities, profit levers, and cost drivers.
β’ Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to influence senior leadership levels.
