Senior Advisor, Digital Marketing & Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will provide high-level advisory services to our clients and serve as a crucial link between them and our internal expert teams.

• Your primary focus will be on enhancing digital processes and leveraging tools effectively to foster growth and innovation.

• Design and implement customized growth strategies in the realms of digital marketing and technology.

• Collaborate directly with our clients to attain their strategic objectives and ensure sustainable outcomes.

• Conduct and facilitate workshops and growth sessions to simplify complex topics and develop actionable solutions.

• Enhance processes through the strategic application of digital tools and AI solutions.

• Employ and integrate AI technologies such as GPT and no-code platforms like Zapier and Airtable for automation and process enhancement.

• Utilize tools including Miro, Figma, HubSpot, and ClickUp to promote efficient collaboration and ensure a seamless client experience.

• Generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights grounded in robust data analysis.

• Ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively with a strong customer-centric approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a strategic capacity within the digital sector, preferably in marketing or technology.

• A completed degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration).

• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., performance marketing, content strategy) and/or technology (e.g., digital transformation, IT architecture, AI-based solutions).

• Proficiency in German and strong English language skills.

• Proven experience with HubSpot and other CRM systems.

• In-depth understanding and practical experience with AI tools, no-code solutions, and project management software such as Miro, ClickUp, JIRA, GSuite, and Figma.

• Technical expertise: solid knowledge of SQL and database structures; programming capabilities in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.

• Experience as a developer is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and unwavering reliability – you meet deadlines and consistently produce high-quality work.

• Proven success in facilitating workshops and effectively communicating complex topics.

• Security clearance and references are necessary to verify reliability and trustworthiness.
