This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠The Senior Advisor, AI & Technology Alliances will serve as the principal architect for Code for Americaās engagement with the private sector and impact strategy.
⢠Convert corporate partnerships into valuable strategic assets that foster mission-aligned revenue and promote scalable technology adoption.
⢠Enhance Code for Americaās reputation as a reliable partner to leaders in technology and industry.
⢠Cultivate a vision for Code for Americaās partnerships that harmonizes social impact with varied revenue streams.
⢠Define Code for Americaās partnership strategy by discovering new high-impact opportunities for pilots, collaborations, and leadership in the field.
⢠Develop Code for Americaās network of industry partners to facilitate the implementation of human-centered technology and AI.
⢠Translate emerging technologies into practical pathways for government integration, ensuring a balance between innovation and responsibility.
⢠Establish feedback loops between the external ecosystem and Code for Americaās internal product, philanthropy, and revenue teams.
⢠Report directly to the VP of Growth and Partnerships and is expected to travel up to 25% of the time.
⢠10 - 15+ years of professional experience in technology partnerships, business development, alliance management, or similar strategic relationship roles with escalating responsibilities.
⢠A proven history of driving revenue in the private sector and/or government through collaborations with the private sector.
⢠Demonstrated ability to create a multi-year partnership strategy, which includes the development of channel partner programs and indirect revenue models.
⢠Experience collaborating closely with Executive, Product, and Engineering leadership to synchronize external market opportunities with internal roadmaps and operational capabilities.
⢠Expert-level proficiency in negotiating complex commercial agreements, MOUs, and revenue-sharing contracts.
⢠Strong opportunity-spotting mentality with a proven track record of managing a disciplined partnership pipeline in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) while meeting or surpassing revenue goals.
⢠Profound understanding of the technology ecosystem, including SaaS business models, AI/ML deployment trends, and the B2G (Business-to-Government) procurement landscape.
⢠Exceptional presence and communication skills, capable of establishing high-level relationships with corporate VPs and C-suite executives in private sector organizations.
⢠Familiarity with AI technologies, trends, and their implications for public sector service delivery.
⢠Proven success in dynamic or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt strategy based on market feedback and organizational requirements.
⢠A skilled collaborator who excels in interdisciplinary settings and effectively interacts with senior executives and colleagues across various disciplines.
⢠Comfortable navigating uncertainty and fast-paced technological change with sound judgment and composure.
⢠A deep commitment to Code for Americaās mission and an understanding of how private-sector innovation can be leveraged for social impact.
⢠Laptop provided.
⢠$700 remote environment setup; $200 stipend and up to $500 reimbursement, as per our equipment policy.
⢠Cell phone and/or internet reimbursement of $50 per month.
⢠$1000 annual stipend for professional development (prorated at time of hire); up to $1000 of these funds can be carried over each year, up to a maximum of $2000.
⢠Employees with less than 3 years of service are eligible for a 100% employer match of up to 3% of their contributions.
⢠Employees with 3 or more years of service can receive an additional 50% employer contribution beyond 3%, up to a maximum of 5%.
⢠Comprehensive benefits package with options for up to 100% coverage for select medical, dental, and vision plans.
⢠The employer contributes up to 80% of the costs for dependent and family coverage.
⢠Code for America employees are permitted to work remotely throughout the US.
⢠Employees must reside primarily within the US.
⢠Full-time employees are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
⢠Collaborative working hours: we aim to schedule all internal meetings between 10 AM - 3 PM PT, and all Code for America staff should be available during these hours.
⢠Open personal time off, a minimum of 16 paid holidays, and an organization-wide closure from Christmas Day through New Year's Day.
⢠Paid sick time of up to 96 hours annually.
