This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver top-level administrative assistance to the leadership of Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations.
• Oversee intricate calendars for senior executives.
• Organize leadership meetings, team gatherings, business initiatives, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Plan and facilitate events, including communication and logistical support on the day of the event.
• Create, update, and refine presentations and other essential documents.
• Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to generate meeting materials, agendas, summaries, and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Process and monitor expense reports.
• Arrange both domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries.
• Assist with broader administrative projects within Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal matrix partners, leaders, team members, and business stakeholders.
• Provide backup support to other administrative professionals.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Preferred experience supporting multiple senior leaders.
• Strong technical skills with computer applications.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Competent with PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS Teams, and web navigation.
• A background in health care or Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations is preferred.
• A general understanding of business processes is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow up.
• Capability to think proactively, anticipate needs, and address potential issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and quick changes.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
