This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise drivers.
• Organize and manage driver routes, including afternoon and evening shifts.
• Oversee driver attendance, punctuality, route progression, and phone usage.
• Administer driver tracking and camera-monitoring systems, including alerts for phone use.
• Address calls and inquiries from parents, customers, and drivers.
• Coordinate driver updates, schedule modifications, replacements, and operational communications.
• Follow up with mechanics regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Input and maintain driver, customer, address, and route details in company software.
• Accurately prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.
• Generate invoices and manage collections and payment follow-ups.
• Address customer and parent concerns related to transportation services.
• Maintain precise operational records and ensure daily transportation activities proceed smoothly.
• Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and email correspondence abilities.
• Background in Administrative Support, Operations, or Customer Service roles.
• Experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, tracking, scheduling, or comparable business software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and adhere to established processes.
• Quick learner, capable of adapting to new systems and workflows.
• Professional, reliable, coachable, and accountable with excellent attendance.
• Creative, resourceful, and proactive with an innovative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
• Availability to work from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Eastern Time (New York).
• Interest in long-term career opportunities.
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet connection.
• Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial and administrative functions is preferred.
• Experience with payroll, invoicing, collections, and/or administrative tasks is preferred.
• 100% remote work.
