📋 Description

• The Senior Accreditation Manager (SAM) plays a critical role in supporting the Directors of Accreditation (DA) with the daily management of accreditation activities.

• Reporting to the Vice President of Accreditation, the SAM collaborates with the Directors of Accreditation to deliver outstanding, timely customer service, educate site visitors, provide support, and drive the continuous enhancement of CHAP’s service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Home Health or Hospice care.

• In-depth knowledge of Medicare Home Health and Hospice regulations.

• Preferred experience as a CHAP surveyor or state agency surveyor.
