Senior Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the US entity general ledger and standalone financial statements.

• Carry out the complete month-end and year-end closing processes for the US entity.

• Ensure adherence to US GAAP in all local operations.

• Supervise daily US accounting operations, which include payroll, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist with external financial audits and corporate tax compliance.

• Manage hardware Accounts Receivable (AR) and oversee the entire order-to-cash process.

• Responsible for accounting treatment and revenue recognition for hardware and software subscriptions.

• Design and manage inventory accounting and hardware cost tracking.

• Provide cross-functional accounting and operational support for hardware projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience.

• An active CPA is strongly preferred.

• Extensive hands-on experience managing a general ledger and executing a full month-end close in accordance with US GAAP.

• Experience in navigating B2B billing operations, hardware/SaaS revenue streams, and multi-state sales tax compliance.

• Familiarity with ERP implementations or complex system configurations; experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
