Senior Accountant, Revenue, SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the timely and precise execution of month-end closing processes

• Conduct thorough reconciliations of the Balance Sheet

• Prepare and evaluate monthly variance analyses

• Record and reconcile monthly revenue in compliance with ASC 606

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements that adhere to US GAAP standards

• Support tax filing activities and collaborate with external advisors

• Execute intercompany reconciliations and eliminations

• Provide proactive financial assistance to the Senior Leadership Team

• Recognize and implement enhancements to existing processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)

• Demonstrated experience in managing closing activities and reconciliations using Sage INTACCT or a comparable ERP system

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required

• A Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is highly desirable

• Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is strongly preferred
