Senior Accountant, Finance Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main resource for the organization's ERP system, encompassing ongoing administration, configuration, testing, and user support.

• Design integrations between the ERP system and operational systems.

• Engage in ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual accounting tasks.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and system-generated financial data.

• Lead the adoption of new financial processes by communicating changes, assisting users, and promoting best practices.

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and system documentation.

• Support full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.

• Prepare monthly financial reports along with supporting schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, or optimizing an ERP system, preferably Sage Intacct or NetSuite.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and the monthly closing process.

• Experience in supporting, implementing, or administering an ERP system.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ERP implementations, data migrations, or system integrations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA certification is preferred.
