This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Regularly maintain and update the company's cash flow forecasts and financial models on a weekly basis.
• Monitor and report essential business metrics including LTV, CAC, Gross Margin per placement, and Net Revenue Retention.
• Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Extract and analyze data from QuickBooks Online and HubSpot to ensure accurate financial dashboards.
• Oversee the complete Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Manage invoicing and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to sustain healthy cash flow.
• Execute precise and timely month-end close procedures.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately coded, reconciled, and maintained within QuickBooks Online.
• Support and manage cross-border payroll operations for 150+ employees and contractors across Latin America.
• Guarantee timely and accurate payments across various currencies and payment platforms.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and assist with related financial reconciliations.
• 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Experience within B2B services, SaaS, staffing, or recruiting industries.
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, specifically in financial modeling and handling large datasets.
• Significant experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience managing cross-border payments and payroll processes in LATAM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Experience in building or enhancing financial dashboards and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and operational finance KPIs.
• Experience providing financial insights and forecasting to executive leadership.
• Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends).
