Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Preparation of monthly financial statements

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and sub-ledgers

• Assistance with the year-end audit process

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions

• Responsible for the month-end closing process

• Revenue recognition, including management of deferred revenue

• Conduct P&L variance analysis

• Address audit requests as necessary

• Provide accounting support to management for financial analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required

• CPA certification preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting

• Significant experience in month-end closing activities

• Preparation of journal entries

• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts

• Keen interest in enhancing technical skills in accounting

• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or a similar accounting software is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
