This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist in the financial operations for Brazil, with a specialized focus on intercompany accounting, taxation, and fiscal matters.

• Oversee month-end closing processes and financial reporting tasks.

• Handle multi-currency accounting functions and conduct variance analysis.

• Maintain intercompany standing data and carry out intercompany transactions.

• Work collaboratively with local finance teams, Treasury, and Tax departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in corporate settings or multinational firms.

• A minimum of 2 years dedicated to intercompany operations within multinational contexts.

• Trilingual proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS standards.

• Established understanding of Brazilian tax regulations.

• Experience in managing accounts receivable.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
