Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and post intricate journal entries pertaining to inventory and prepaid expenses

• Conduct reconciliations and generate month-end financial reports

• Ensure precision and adherence to GAAP standards

• Serve as the main point of contact with tax consultants for payments and filings

• Assemble monthly financial statements and packages for leadership evaluation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience

• Over 3 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate accounting setting

• Strong background in managing general ledger accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets

• Considerable hands-on experience with revenue accounting and reconciliation

• CPA designation is preferred
