This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct thorough analysis of accounts and review related data along with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform monthly evaluations of operational outcomes and financial statements, ensuring adherence to company policies, US GAAP, and statutory regulations.
• Suggest necessary adjustments to financial data, which includes preparing and executing journal entries.
• Create and present financial schedules to senior management.
• Actively support the department with special projects as required.
• Represent the Americas during our global financial audit by compiling financial data and supporting schedules for a rapid turnaround.
• Undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• Active CPA license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Over 5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis
• Familiarity with US GAAP and the key differences between IFRS and UK GAAP
• Proficient in using integrated accounting software
• Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly advanced MS Excel capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational abilities
• Experience working across multiple offices or locations is an advantage
• Capable of multi-tasking and solving problems effectively
