Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes with a focus on ongoing enhancement.

• Spot opportunities for automation within the ERP system.

• Evaluate journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals related to travel expenses.

• Generate consolidated financial statements in line with U.S. GAAP standards.

• Administer intercompany transactions among U.S. and global entities.

• Collaborate with tax advisors and management to ensure adherence to tax regulations.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with international finance teams and synchronize processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of advancing accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity setting.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, fluency in general ledger operations, and expertise in financial reporting.

• Background in foreign currency transactions and intercompany accounting.

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks Enterprise.

• Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to step back and see the broader context.
