Senior Accountant, 100% remote possible

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and receivable independently.

• Track outstanding items and actively communicate with health and long-term care insurers.

• Oversee the comprehensive accounting of our care services utilizing DATEV Rechnungswesen (DATEV Rewe) and DUO.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with HGB for all care services.

• Continuously enhance and digitalize financial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or handling financial matters.

• Fundamental knowledge of accounting software (e.g., DATEV, Lexoffice, or similar).

• Strong balance sheet knowledge under HGB and a minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in finance.

• Ideally, you have completed or are in the process of completing the Bilanzbuchhalter qualification.

• A completed commercial or tax-related vocational training or a degree in business administration (Bachelor/Master).

• Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Proficient in using DATEV Rechnungswesen and DUO.

• Possess a structured and independent working style.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
