This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.
• Provide direct support to client contacts.
• Engage in weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, work quality, and potential improvements in collaboration.
• Foster referrals through client relationships and professional networks.
• Develop strategies for clients on a quarterly basis.
• Possess the capability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of client positioning and unique value propositions.
• Verify accurate lead routing within a CRM system.
• Recognize the value of Programmatic campaigns.
• Take responsibility for personal productivity and utilization.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure that internal and client objectives are met.
• Implement and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with an emphasis on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment.
• Extensive expertise in managing paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Proficient in utilizing advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make informed, data-driven decisions and enhance campaign performance.
• Proven ability to drive results and measure outcomes via OCT.
• Demonstrated and quantifiable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Possess a unique viewpoint on delivering value for SaaS.
• Ability to articulate strategy and narrate stories using data.

• Stay at the forefront of the industry, actively seeking opportunities for growth and knowledge sharing.
• Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
