Senior Account Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Reconcile daily cash receipts through lockbox, ACH, and credit card transactions to customer invoices.

• Communicate and follow up with various departments regarding customer accounts in a timely manner.

• Conduct high-volume phone calls to and from customers.

• Offer customer service related to collection issues, customer refunds/adjustments, and address client inquiries and discrepancies.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts efficiently.

• Collaborate daily with the direct supervisor.

• Process monthly invoices, statements, and delinquency notifications.

• Handle credit memos and relevant reporting.

• Assist the Accounts Payable Lead for about 25% of the role through dual reporting.

• Work closely with the Accounting and Finance team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Familiarity with billing and collections processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and Pivot tables.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

• Willingness to learn and implement efficiencies in daily tasks.

• Experience with SAP Business One is advantageous.

• Availability to work core hours from 8am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as necessary.
