This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the main point of contact for customer relations.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business requirements and delivering customized solutions.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide value-added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through proficient account management.
• Willingness to travel within the territory at least 50% of the time.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a solid record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Capability to establish and sustain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Skilled in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in technology sales.
