This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel brand expansion by evaluating the complete GMV potential of each brand and developing strategic, competitive fulfillment contract models. Leverage market insights to pinpoint realistic opportunities and amplify impact.
• Convert long-term brand objectives into specific, actionable steps and motivate teams, colleagues, and brand leaders to implement the strategy at every interaction.
• Take ownership of account health by tracking daily performance metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, taking decisive actions to ensure brands flourish.
• Build robust relationships with business leaders at all levels, oversee brand communications, manage feedback, and execute projects with precision and excellence, consistently exceeding expectations to provide a top-tier brand experience.
• Produce insightful brand reports with actionable suggestions, lead discussions, monitor inquiries, facilitate follow-ups, and conduct weekly business reviews to identify gaps and ensure results.
• Native Mandarin speaker with complete fluency in English, capable of communicating and translating effortlessly with Mandarin-speaking brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
• 5–6+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients with net sales surpassing $20 million annually, including project or account management experience, especially with brands importing from China.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced environments, confidently engaging with client leaders at all levels, from C-suite executives to support teams.
• Strong skills in independent and team management, creative problem-solving, exceptional writing, phone, and presentation capabilities, with an emphasis on delivering results punctually.
