This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Play a key role in fulfilling MANTL's mission by delivering value to our customers through strategic partnerships.
• Develop the account strategy and spearhead renewal and expansion efforts for a designated group of named accounts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customer executives.
• Offer expert insights on deposit origination and digital banking strategies.
• Establish a clear vision and roadmap for shared success with each client.
• Meet growth objectives tailored specifically for each portfolio of business.
• Over 6 years of Account Management experience with a proven track record in forecasting and managing the complete renewal deal cycle.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven capacity to analyze and leverage data effectively.
• Demonstrated skill in collaborating across various functions.
• A positive demeanor and ability to work as a team player.
• High initiative with the ability to operate independently.
• Capable of managing stressful situations and meeting tight deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced startup-like environment.
• Experience in banking or Fintech is advantageous.
