📋 Description

• The Sales team assists both prospective and existing customers in fully engaging with our Global HR Platform.

• This is an exciting opportunity to become a Senior Account Executive at Remote, making a significant impact in the global employment sector as part of our Global Sales team.

• This position is purely focused on hunting, as the Senior Account Executive will generate new business for Remote.

• Develop 'Land' opportunity deals with comprehensive notes, ensuring accurate close dates.

• Establish essential relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers and champions, to drive successful outcomes and surpass revenue goals.

• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

• Keep a clean and up-to-date pipeline of high-volume, fast-paced opportunities.

• Identify, prioritize, and qualify prospects, driving the sales process to successful execution.

• Implement a territory planning strategy to effectively manage your book of business alongside your sales development (SDR) colleague.

• Generate leads independently by reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, cold visits, networking, and attending industry events.

• Source and pursue six-figure opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline of strategic, value-based opportunities.

• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts for your territory.

• Stay well-informed about Remote’s Global Platform and services, the market served, and the competitive landscape.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with key departments that enhance the client experience and support processes.

• Understand the global employment needs of business prospects and create tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.

• Work closely with the Account Management and Client Success teams to facilitate a seamless post-sale transition for new clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in establishing key customer relationships, including with decision-makers and champions, to achieve successful client outcomes.

• High integrity and strong work ethic.

• Self-driven and self-directed; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, with proven ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.

• Willingness and ability to cultivate deep relationships with senior-level contacts across customer organizations, with a proven track record of working with companies of varying sizes and engaging with senior-level personas.

• Strong business insight with the capability to effectively manage the requirements of multiple stakeholders.

• Significant experience as an Account Executive or in a similar SaaS sales role is preferred.

• Excellent skills in identifying problems and resolving objections.

• Ability to confidently make cold calls to develop sales pipelines.

• Capacity to build trust with clients and act as an advisor.

• Proven ability to forecast sales to meet monthly targets.

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Deep understanding of company services and its positioning within the industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in the HR industry is advantageous.

• Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
