This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct consultative introductory calls (inbound) with parents and students to understand their objectives, clarify the admissions process, and suggest the most suitable Inspira programs and packages tailored to their requirements.
• Manage the relationship with prospective students and families from the initial contact through to enrollment by fostering trust, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every step of their journey.
• Engage in strategic and consistent follow-ups to maintain connections with prospects, anticipate their questions or concerns, and assist them in confidently choosing to partner with Inspira.
• Innovate and test new approaches—refine messaging, experiment with different scripts, and develop creative follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates and continually enhance the enrollment experience.
• Successfully close deals across a variety of programs and services, consistently meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate across departments with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions, strong alignment, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market trends; provide timely feedback to founders and leadership to influence product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to oversee the complete sales cycle—monitoring leads, recording communications, creating email templates, forecasting revenue, and ensuring data integrity across all stages.
• Accurately forecast enrollments by managing deal stages, values, and close dates within HubSpot.
• Assist in onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students to ensure they have a strong start and high levels of satisfaction.
• 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative setting, preferably with sales cycles lasting under 2–3 months.
• Demonstrated success in selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+), with a record of exceeding goals and delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills. You are adept at presenting, writing, and speaking with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot (or similar tools), with a talent for maintaining clean data and utilizing systems to enhance performance.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets to create and analyze dashboards.
• Nice to Have: Previous experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales.
