This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a portfolio of key telecommunications accounts, building relationships at the C-level and creating strategic sales initiatives.
• Enhance both new business and existing revenue; manage the growth of developing accounts.
• Increase revenue through new business opportunities by initiating prospecting activities and identifying key stakeholders within accounts.
• Deliver tailored solutions to our top strategic clients based on a thorough understanding of their business needs and insights.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to gain insight into client challenges and pain points.
• Manage client contracts to achieve renewals and revenue growth through upselling and revenue management strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of solutions architects, product specialists/consultants, and marketing to ensure a smooth sales process.
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in account management and development.
• A minimum of 3-5 years managing large-scale enterprise clients/accounts, with prior experience in telecommunications.
• Extensive background in prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with C-level decision-makers.
• Proven success in increasing, maintaining, and securing existing revenue utilizing solution selling techniques.
• Capability to maintain precise sales forecasts and pipeline information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with complex procurement processes, including supply arrangements and RFPs, as well as relevant regulations.
• Stay informed about new innovations, applications, technical changes, market conditions, emerging trends, and competitive activities.
