This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and cultivate a pipeline of new local SMB prospects to secure new sales opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Actively pursue sales leads within the designated territory defined by geographic boundaries.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of specialized products, services, and markets.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers to introduce Dodge products and services.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up activities and manage the sales pipeline to successfully close new business.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales personnel to establish contacts and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Facilitate face-to-face meetings, engage prospects via phone and online platforms (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.) to close sales, and attend or host local meet-and-greet events.
• Consistently meet daily KPI expectations for prospecting, follow-up calls/emails, and other related activities.
• Update the prospecting pipeline in real-time, managing stage progression, anticipated close dates, contextual notes, and estimated deal values.
• Accurately forecast and maintain the pipeline within the CRM system.
• Send proposals and process contracts through the company's systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in selling SaaS or technology-related products or services, with a proven track record of consistently closing new business.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-velocity/high-volume inside sales strategies targeting SMB customers, with the ability to close the majority of deals in under two weeks.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based selling, including the ability to coach prospects on best practices, uncover pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Exhibit exceptional objection-handling skills and a proven capability to navigate gatekeepers effectively as part of a strategic go-to-market approach.
• Must excel in managing multiple concurrent sales opportunities, independently prioritizing tasks, and driving progress across various deals.
• A high level of organizational discipline and executional rigor is critical for success in this role.
• Possess superior personal integrity, ownership of outcomes, and a coachable mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
• Capable of effectively presenting information to large groups, including internal stakeholders and prospects.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRMs, with a solid understanding of CRM and order management functionalities, as well as desktop software programs, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and a technical aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong understanding of SMB customer and market dynamics to enhance prospecting conversations.
