• Oversee and facilitate the interactive process to determine appropriate workplace accommodations.
• Evaluate medical documentation and collaborate with employees, healthcare providers, and internal teams to determine accommodation requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive case management, ensuring accommodation requests are resolved in a timely, compliant, and compassionate manner.
• Inform employees and managers about ADA rights and responsibilities, return-to-work protocols, and intricate accommodation situations.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure compliance with internal service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate across departments to align accommodations with business objectives and legal obligations.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and ensure prompt follow-up on all case-related activities.
• Exhibit flexibility and a sense of urgency in response to changing business demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, Disability Studies, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, disability case management, or a comparable field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient with digital tools and comfortable navigating various platforms.
