• Your responsibilities will encompass interception detection, collision avoidance, target acquisition, and visual navigation in GNSS-denied environments.
• You will influence and guide the development roadmap for the short-to-medium term.
• Additionally, depending on project requirements, you may assume the position of Tech Lead, steering technical direction, coordinating implementation tasks, and ensuring project delivery aligns with defined scopes.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with contemporary C++.
• Experience in real-time software development, such as in gaming, simulations, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Deep familiarity with 3D reconstruction principles: projective geometry, bundle adjustment, PnP, triangulation, feature description, and image matching.
• Experience with 3D Gaussian Splatting or its variants.
• Profound understanding of transform trees and pose representations utilized in game engines, computer graphics, and robotics.
• Practical experience in calibrating camera intrinsics and extrinsics.
• Experience in maintaining timestamp integrity and ensuring precise time alignment across sensors, including diagnosing and rectifying time offsets, jitter, dropped frames, and clock synchronization issues within an onboard pipeline.
• Familiarity with GPU programming (CUDA, OpenCL) and graphics pipelines (Vulkan, OpenGL).
• Experience with AI coding agents and prompt engineering to enhance your effectiveness and ownership of the codebase as a tech lead.
• A high level of autonomy, determination, and perseverance in making advanced technology function effectively.

• Highly desirable: awareness of current trends in 3D vision academic literature.
• Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week).
• 25 vacation days annually.
• Reimbursement for travel expenses and provision of a company laptop.
• (Genuinely) flexible working hours and the option to work from home two days a week when located in the Netherlands.
