• Collaborate on RFP Development by creating engaging spatial proposal responses that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Convert creative briefs into practical, fabrication-ready spatial designs, including floorplans and elevations.
• Develop design concepts and associated visuals through sketching, floor plan creation, elevation drawings, 3D modeling, renderings, and more.
• Produce detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings using tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D.
• Design 3D experiences that encompass attendee journeys and value engineering for all activation touchpoints.
• Generate consumer flow charts that illustrate event and guest movement throughout the created spaces.
• Manage relationships with fabrication and print vendors, addressing troubleshooting issues and negotiations as necessary.
• Review all material samples and ensure quality control of creative execution.
• Develop decor and graphics packages for live events, including sourcing event components and outlining proposed signage placement, materials, and sizes.
• Collaborate with production teams, creative directors, and fabricators to ensure design feasibility and compliance with budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installations to guarantee design accuracy and optimal creative execution.
• After events, engage in key learnings and incorporate insights into future projects.
• 2–6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, set design, or environmental design.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max).
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledgeable about building materials, lighting, and fabrication techniques.
• A robust portfolio that showcases immersive environments, experiential activations, or comparable projects.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Experience with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion).
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney and Flora).
• Understanding of motion graphics or animation.
• Experience collaborating with multi-agency teams and overseeing external creative/production vendors.
