Semi-Senior Technical Customer Onboarding Specialist – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Client Onboarding & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process with clear communication and a supportive demeanor.

• Technical Setup & Integration: Help clients connect their POS systems to our platform (training will be provided).

• Campaign Creation: Utilize our internal interface to create and launch "form-based" ad campaigns for our clients in alignment with their business objectives.

• High-Touch Communication: Compose clear, professional, and empathetic emails, and participate in occasional calls to assist clients in navigating the platform.

• Basic Troubleshooting: Recognize, document, and assist in resolving minor system bugs or user errors as they arise, while escalating more complex issues to the engineering team when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• English: B2+ / C1 with strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Experience: 2+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Support.

• SaaS Experience: Previous experience working with a SaaS product/platform (mandatory).

• Client-Facing: Comfortable engaging directly with clients and guiding them through the onboarding process.

• Technical Aptitude: Able to learn software, troubleshoot issues, and navigate dashboards/integrations with ease.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple client requests effectively.

• Availability: Part-time, aligned with US time zones.
