This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Client Onboarding & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process with effective communication and a supportive demeanor.
• Technical Setup & Integration: Aid clients in linking their POS systems to our platform (training will be provided).
• Campaign Creation: Utilize our internal interface to design and launch "form-based" ad campaigns for our clients, tailored to their business objectives.
• High-Touch Communication: Compose clear, professional, and empathetic emails, and engage in occasional calls to assist clients in navigating the platform.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Recognize, document, and assist in resolving minor system bugs or user errors, while escalating more complex issues to the engineering team as needed.
• English: Proficient at B2+ / C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Support.
• SaaS Experience: Previous experience working with a SaaS product/platform is required.
• Client-Facing: Comfortable engaging directly with clients and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Technical Aptitude: Capable of learning software, troubleshooting issues, and navigating dashboards/integrations.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Availability: Part-time, within US time zones.
• Strongly Preferred:
• - Experience with POS systems.
• - Background in digital marketing/campaign setup.
• - Experience in hospitality or retail technology.
