Semi-Senior Finance Analyst – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Generate and sustain comprehensive P&L reports, cash flow statements, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.

• Develop and maintain intricate models to assess project value and predict business performance.

• Analyze actual financial outcomes against budgets and forecasts, investigating variances to guide corrective measures.

• Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflows and monitor business performance metrics against actual results.

• Support the budgeting process, forecasting, and provide financial insights for business proposals.

• Contribute to the preparation of general ledger and account reconciliations, book entries, and assist with both internal and external audit processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (B2+/90% level).

• Fluency in Spanish is essential.

• 2–3 years of experience as a semi-senior finance analyst.

• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling.

• Experience with Claude for Excel to expedite tasks, audit formulas, create multi-tab models, and extract data from external files.

• University degree or equivalent in Finance or Economics.

• Solid knowledge and experience in revenue, costs, margins, and EBITDA calculations.

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting processes, analysis, and reporting.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with tight deadlines for reporting and presentations.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Preferred: Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
