Semi-Senior Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Generate and manage comprehensive P&L reports, cash flow statements, and KPI dashboards for senior management.

• Develop and sustain intricate models to assess project value and predict business performance.

• Analyze actual financial outcomes against budgets and forecasts, probing discrepancies to guide corrective measures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and monitor business performance in relation to budgets versus actuals.

• Support budget preparation and forecasting, providing financial insights for business case development.

• Aid in the compilation of general ledger and account reconciliations, book entries, and assist with both internal and external audit processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English (B2+/90% level) and fluency in Spanish is essential.

• 2–3 years of experience as a semi-senior finance analyst.

• Excellent Excel modeling capabilities.

• Familiarity with Claude for Excel to expedite tasks, verify formulas, construct multi-tab models, and extract data from external sources.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Finance or Economics.

• Solid understanding and experience in revenue, costs, margins, and EBITDA calculations.

• Background in budgeting and forecasting processes, including analysis and reporting.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with tight deadlines for reporting and presentations.

• Strong analytical aptitude.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Preferred: Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
