Semi Senior C Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage, troubleshoot, and enhance applications developed in C.

• Provide support for systems transitioned from mainframe architectures to AWS-hosted environments.

• Implement bug fixes, enhancements, and testing procedures across both development and production environments.

• Navigate and facilitate deployments within AWS development and production settings.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Engage in testing, validation, and implementation of code modifications.

• Document technical findings, solutions, and updates as necessary.

• Aid in stabilizing and modernizing the functionality of legacy systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in C programming.

• Deep understanding of legacy systems and the maintenance of existing enterprise applications.

• Experience working within AWS environments (both development and production).

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in complex systems.

• Background in managing full enhancement and bug-fix lifecycles.

• Comfortable interacting directly with clients or stakeholders in a professional setting.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Availability to work at least 2–3 hours overlapping with Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
