Semi-Senior Back-end Engineer – Python, E-learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Build & Scale: Design and implement robust, production-ready microservices to enable new GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) functionalities.

• Architect Infrastructure: Ensure that the backend efficiently manages high-throughput AI workloads in a secure manner.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with product and data science teams to transform ambitious AI ideas into seamless, user-facing SaaS features.

• Maintain Excellence: Keep the codebase clean, efficient, and well-documented while overseeing and supporting the services you create.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python.

• GenAI & LLM: Practical experience in integrating, fine-tuning, or orchestrating Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or open-source models).

• Cloud Native (AWS): Strong knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.) for deploying and scaling applications.

• Proficient in Git.
